Windows 7 End of Support

PureConnect 2018 R3 is the last release to be validated with and that supports Microsoft Windows 7 operating system for client workstations. No further validation testing will be performed with Windows 7.  

PureConnect Technical Support will not fix code issues related to Windows 7 in releases after 2018 R3 because Microsoft has ended mainstream support for Windows 7 in January 2015 and plans for the product end-of-life in January 2020. If issues arise in PureConnect clients running on Windows 7, customers will be instructed to upgrade to a supported version of client operating systems.
