Introduction to Automated Speech Recognition
The Automated Speech Recognition Technical Reference is for partners, planners, installers, administrators, developers, and others who plan to install and configure a PureConnect speech recognition solution. It provides information for installing and configuring third-party Automated Speech Recognition (ASR) integration with CIC. Interaction Speech Recognition is a built-in feature of the PureConnect product suite and is an integrated component of Interaction Media Server. If you are running Nuance Recognizer 10, install the MRCP ASR Server controller
instead of the Genesys Nuance Recognizer Server controller. The Genesys
Nuance Recognizer Server controller supports Nuance Recognizer 9.0 only.
