Remarks

This event will only occur if custom notification are being watched. To start watching custom notifications call either the StartWatching(array<CustomMessageHeader>[]()[][]) method or the StartWatchingAsync(array<CustomMessageHeader>[]()[][], EventHandler<(Of <<'(AsyncCompletedEventArgs>)>>), Object) method.
