Remarks

This event will only occur if the contact directory is being watched. To start watching the contact directory call either the StartWatching()()()() method or the StartWatchingAsync(AsyncCompletedEventHandler, Object) method.

All event handlers should be added before calling StartWatching()()()(), StartWatchingAsync(AsyncCompletedEventHandler, Object), StartWatching(ContactDirectoryWatchSettings), or StartWatchingAsync(ContactDirectoryWatchSettings, AsyncCompletedEventHandler, Object).
