Remarks

This event will only occur when server parameters being watched have changed. To start watching for server parameters call either the StartWatching(array<String>[]()[][]) method or the StartWatchingAsync(array<String>[]()[][], AsyncCompletedEventHandler, Object) method. To modify which server parameters are being watched once the watch has been started, use the ChangeWatchedParameters(array<String>[]()[][], array<String>[]()[][], Boolean) method.

All event handlers should be added before calling StartWatching(array<String>[]()[][]) or StartWatchingAsync(array<String>[]()[][], AsyncCompletedEventHandler, Object).
