Remarks
In some cases a statistic value may be rolled-up into a summary statistic value, such as interaction time
across all interaction types. Do not use this All value for that case. In the case where a roll-up
parameter value is available, the server will need to supply that value. Use this all value when
performing an ExecuteQuery(ParameterQuery).
