Remarks

This event will only occur when statistics being watched have changed. To start watching for statistics changes call either the StartWatching(array<StatisticKey>[]()[][]) method or the StartWatchingAsync(array<StatisticKey>[]()[][], AsyncCompletedEventHandler, Object) method.

All event handlers should be added before calling StartWatching(array<StatisticKey>[]()[][]) or StartWatchingAsync(array<StatisticKey>[]()[][], AsyncCompletedEventHandler, Object).
