Remarks
This event will only occur when query results have changed. To start
watching for query result changes call either the StartWatchingQuery(AssociatedParameterSetQuery) method or
the StartWatchingQueryAsync(AssociatedParameterSetQuery, EventHandler<(Of <<'(AsyncCompletedEventArgs>)>>), Object) method.
