The Hardware Configuration Services provide access to Interaction Center configuration data related to hardware.

  • Audio Sources
    The Audio Source Configuration Service provides access to the Interaction Center Audio Source configuration data.

    This object type does not separate the ID and display name. As a result, the ID of the object type is used as the display name. If the display name is specified in the configuration id in a post or put operation, it will be ignored by the server.

  • Default Location Configuration
    The Default Location Configuration Service provides access to the Interaction Center Default Location configuration data.
  • Line Groups
    The Line Group Configuration Service provides access to the Interaction Center Line Group configuration data.

    This object type does not separate the ID and display name. As a result, the ID of the object type is used as the display name. If the display name is specified in the configuration id in a post or put operation, it will be ignored by the server.

  • Lines

  • Recording Beep Tones
    The Recording Beep Tone Configuration Service provides access to the Interaction Center's Recording Beep Tone configuration data. Each beep tone places a series of beeps into a conversation to let its participants know it's being recorded. The purpose of this is for regulatory compliance. To make use of this feature, each beep tone should be assigned to a workgroup.

    Each beep tone can be configured to have one or two beeps. To configure a beep tone to have two beeps, the toneFrequencyTwo and toneAmplitudeTwo properties should have a value other than 0. To configure a beep tone to have one beep, those properties should have a value of 0.

    The Selection Rule Configuration Service provides access to the Interaction Center Selection Rule configuration data.

    The SIP Bridge Configuration Service provides access to the Interaction Center SIP Bridge configuration data.

  • Station Groups
    The Station Group Configuration Service provides access to the Interaction Center Station Group configuration data.

    The Structured Parameter Service provides access to the Interaction Center Structured Parameter Configuration data.
