• License Allocations
  The License Allocation Configuration Service provides access to the License Allocation configuration data. The licenses that are included with this service can be found in the "Licenses Allocation" container of Interaction Administrator. The license allocation configuration data consists of the purchased dynamic licenses, which are the licenses that can be assigned to users and stations, on an Interaction Center server. Each dynamic license consists of two sets of licenses that can be assigned to users or stations. The first set is assignable licenses. Assignable licenses are always in use by the station or user they are assigned to. The second set is concurrent licenses. Concurrent licenses can be applied only to users and are considered to be in use only when a user is actively using the feature the license is for.
• Lines Authority Certificates
  The Lines Authority Certificate Configuration Service provides access to the Interaction Center Lines Authority Certificate configuration data.

• Mail Configuration
  The Mail Configuration Service provides access to the Interaction Center Mail configuration data. Additionally, it provides a set of resources to help configure a User's or Workgroup's mailbox. These resources are:
  • GET /icws/{sessionId}/configuration/mail/directories - provides the values necessary for an Exchange, Notes, GroupWise, or LDAP mailbox.
  • GET /icws/{sessionId}/configuration/mail/interaction-message-store-mailbox-attributes - provides the values necessary for an Interaction Message Store mailbox.
  • GET /icws/{sessionId}/configuration/mail/imap-smtp-mailbox-attributes - provides the values necessary for an IMAP/SMTP mailbox.
  To configure the mailbox, the results from the called resource should be copied into the user's or workgroup's mailbox properties and saved.
• Miscellaneous Items
  The Miscellaneous Item Configuration Service provides access to the Interaction Center Miscellaneous Item configuration data.
