Mail Configuration

The Mail Configuration Service provides access to the Interaction Center Mail configuration data. Additionally, it provides a set of resources to help configure a User's or Workgroup's mailbox. These resources are:

• GET /icws/{sessionId}/configuration/mail/directories - provides the values necessary for an Exchange, Notes, GroupWise, or LDAP mailbox.
• GET /icws/{sessionId}/configuration/mail/interaction-message-store-mailbox-attributes - provides the values necessary for an Interaction Message Store mailbox.
• GET /icws/{sessionId}/configuration/mail/imap-smtp-mailbox-attributes - provides the values necessary for an IMAP/SMTP mailbox.

To configure the mailbox, the results from the called resource should be copied into the user's or workgroup's mailbox properties and saved.
