The Web Chat API was marked for release.

The Widgets API was marked for release.

A new Web Callback service was added. The Web Callback service permits a client to perform the following actions:

• A new POST /icws/web-callback/create resource was added to create a new web callback object.
• A new GET /icws/web-callback/status/{participantId} resource was added to retrieve the status of an existing web callback session.
• A new POST /icws/web-callback/exit/{participantId} resource was added to end an existing web callback session.
• A new POST /icws/web-callback/reconnect resource was added to reconnect to an existing web callback session.

A new Web Chat service was added. The Web Chat service permits a client to perform the following actions:

• A new POST /icws/web-chat/start resource was added to start a new web chat session.
• A new POST /icws/web-chat/exit/{participantId} resource was added to end a web chat session.
• A new POST /icws/web-chat/reconnect resource was added to reconnect to an existing web chat sesion.
• A new POST /icws/web-chat/typing-state/{participantId} resource was added to signal a client's typing state that is associated with a web chat session.
• A new POST /icws/web-chat/send-message/{participantId} resource was added to send a web chat message.
• A new GET /icws/web-chat/file/{participantId}/{fileGuid}/{fileName} resource was added for file transfer capabilities during a web chat session.

A new Widgets service was added. The Widgets service permits a client to perform the following actions:

• A new GET /icws/widgets/registration/{id} resource was added to acquire a Widgets configuration object.
• A new POST /icws/widgets/handler-notification resource was added to execute a handler action that is associated with a Widgets object.

This release of the Interaction Center supports the following ICWS feature versions.
