If you upgrade from a Latitude version earlier than SU 9 to SU 9 or later, there is a one-time configuration task that you need to complete in Custodian. For more information, see "Configure Custodian for SU 9 or Later" in the Custodian documentation. There is also a utility program that you need to run one time only. For more information, see "Run Latitude.Utilities.DataFix.exe for SU 9 or Later" in the Latitude Installation and Configuration Guide.
