Run a Query

Use the Results tab in a query window to view the results of a query.

To run a query

  1. Open a query window. The following example is for the Select Portfolios query window.

  1. To count the number of records that match the criteria, do the following:

    1. In the toolbar, click Count. The Query Designer dialog box appears.

    1. Click OK.

  1. To run the query, in the toolbar, click Run. The query results appear on the Results tab.
