Add a Queue Level Code

Use the Queue Level Properties dialog box to add a queue level code.

To add a queue level code

  1. In the Main Menu window, from the Maintenance menu, click System Codes and Settings. The Latitude Maintenance window appears.

  2. In the Navigation pane, double-click the Queue Levels folder, or right-click the Queue Levels folder and then click New Queue Level. The Queue Level Properties dialog box appears.

Queue Level: Unique three-digit code that identifies the queue level.

Should appear in Collector's Desk queue: If selected and the queue level is between 600-799 (clerical or supervisor), accounts assigned to these queues appear in the collector's queue. If the user has the Accounts – Change Continue Queuing permission, you can override this setting when assigning an account to a support queue.

  1. Complete the information and then click OK.
