Assign a Status to the Quick Status Bar
Administrators can use the Supervisor Buttons dialog box to assign statuses to the Quick Status bar.
To assign a status to the Quick Status bar

With an account displayed in the Work Form, in the Quick Status bar, click P.
The Supervisor Buttons dialog box appears.

Click Edit to modify or add a status. The Status Change dialog box appears.

Click a status and then click Accept.

In the Supervisor Buttons dialog box, click Accept. The system updates the Quick Status bar to reflect your changes.
