Credit Reports with SmartALX™
Latitude interfaces with SmartALX™, a third-party software product used to pull credit reports from three major credit reporting companies. Collectors and skip tracers can request credit reports for a debtor account or groups of debtor accounts that meet specific criteria. Once you request the credit reports and retrieve them in SmartALX™, you can import the information. The system attaches credit reports to their corresponding debtor account automatically to allow easy access while collectors work the accounts.
