Introduction to Latitude
Latitude is a powerful debt collection and recovery management system that uses the latest technologies, including Microsoft® SQL Server and Avalon Crystal Reports. Latitude by Genesys developed and maintains the entire suite of Latitude products.
The Latitude suite contains a family of products that operate together to manage the debt collection process. This suite is available in a premises-based or hosted environment. Latitude by Genesys developed the software platform on a stable, secure, Microsoft® SQL Server database using Microsoft® .NET development tools. Latitude’s open-ended architecture allows you to customize the software to meet the needs of individual clients.
