Specify Checking or Savings Account Information
Use the Enter Checking Information page in the Enter New Arrangements window to specify a debtor's checking or savings account information. The system uses the information to draft payments from the debtor's checking or savings account (ACH or paper draft).
Notes:

If the user doesn't have permissions to specify check or savings account information, this page of the wizard doesn't appear. For more information, see Enter Check Information Permission.

If you selected a payment from the wallet on the Select Payment Type page, this page of the wizard doesn't appear.
To specify checking or savings account information

If the Enter Checking Information page isn't open, in the Tasks list, click Checking Information. The Enter Checking Information page appears. The primary debtor's name and address pre-populate. You can modify the debtor information or select a different debtor from the toolbar. If the debtor had a previous check by phone arrangement, the bank account information populates. If more than one bank account exists, the most recently used account information appears. If necessary, you can delete the information and provide information for a different account.
Last Check #: Last check number used.
Next Check #: Next check number to use.
ABA: Bank routing number. The bank's information appears after you type a valid ABA.
Acct: Checking or savings account number.
Type: Type of account, either checking or savings.
Verified: If selected, you verified the account information.

Complete the information and then click Next.
