Run a Query

Use a query tool window to run a query.

To run a query

  1. Create a Query or Open an Existing Query.

  2. To see how many records the system includes in the query before running the query, do the following:

    1. In the toolbar, click Count. The Query Designer dialog box appears.

    1. Click OK.

  1. In the toolbar, click Run. The results appear on the Results tab. For more information, see Query Results. The following example shows the Results tab in the Account Analysis window.
