Phone Number

Use the Phone Number dialog box to specify the criteria for determining whether accounts have a valid or invalid phone number. The Workflow Engine evaluates phone numbers for all debtors on the account. If the condition evaluates as true, the account moves to the true (green) endpoint; otherwise, it moves to the false (red) endpoint.

To modify a Phone Number activity

  1. Create or open a workflow with a Phone Number activity. For more information, see Create a Workflow or Modify a Workflow.

  1. On the workflow tab, double-click the Phone Number activity. The Phone Number dialog box appears.

  1. Click an option to indicate the phone number condition to evaluate and then click Okay. WorkFlow Designer updates the Phone Number activity in the workflow.
