Vendor Service Configuration and Exchange

Exchange includes standard vendor services in the Fusion folder in the Clients panel. Latitude by Genesys established these clients to handle the creation of request files and processing of return files for specific vendor products.

All vendor clients exist as maintenance imports. Originally, these clients were designed to run using Fusion. If your organization upgraded to Job Manager, vendor service clients are available for scheduling as packages. Run vendor services using either Fusion or Job Manager, not both.

Data returned from vendors is available in Latitude for each account that has information. If you require special processing (for example, updates to addresses or phone numbers) you can modify the mapping or create a post-processing stored procedure.
