Add an Action Code

Use the Action Code Properties dialog box to add an action code.

To add an action code

1. In the Main Menu window, from the Maintenance menu, click System Codes and Settings. The Latitude Maintenance window appears.

2. In the Navigation pane, double-click the Action Code folder, or right-click the Action Code folder and then click New Action Code. The Action Code Properties dialog box appears.

Consider as attempted: If selected, indicates that a user attempted to work the account.

Consider as worked: If selected, indicates that a user worked the account.

3. Complete the information and then click OK.
