Action Codes

Use the Latitude Maintenance window to search for or delete actions codes. Use the Action Code Properties dialog box to add or modify action codes. Action codes are abbreviations for actions you can perform on an account. When working an account, you select the action code that indicates the action you performed on the account. These codes are available on certain reports. Latitude releases with several standard action codes (for example, 3P for Third Party, CO for Comment Only).
