Modify an Action Code

Use the Action Code Properties dialog box to modify an action code.

To modify an action code

1. In the Main Menu window, from the Maintenance menu, click System Codes and Settings. The Latitude Maintenance window appears.

2. In the Navigation pane, click the Action Code folder.

3. In the Information pane, double-click the action code, or right-click the action code and then click Properties. The Action Code Properties dialog box appears.

Consider as attempted: If selected, indicates that a user attempted to work the account.

Consider as worked: If selected, indicates that a user worked the account.

4. Modify the information and then click OK.
