Delete a System Code

Use the Latitude Maintenance window to delete a system code. Only Administrators can delete system codes. The deletion process is the same for all codes except ABA codes and customers. For more information about ABA code and customer deletions, see Delete an ABA Code and Delete a Customer.

To delete a system code

1. In the Main Menu window, from the Maintenance menu, click System Codes and Settings. The Latitude Maintenance window appears.

2. In the Navigation pane, click the folder of the code to delete. The following example shows the Action Code folder.

3. In the Information pane, right-click the action code and then click Delete. A confirmation dialog box appears.

4. Click Yes.
