Delete a Customer

Use the Customer Properties dialog box to delete a customer. Only Administrators can delete customers.

To delete a customer

  1. In the Main Menu window, from the Maintenance menu, click System Codes and Settings. The Latitude Maintenance window appears.

  2. In the Navigation pane, click the Customers folder.

  3. Do the steps to Search for a Customer.

  1. In the Information pane, in the search results, right-click the record and then click Delete. A confirmation dialog box appears.

  2. Click Yes.
