Edit State Communication Restriction

Use this dialog to modify communication restrictions for voice, email, and SMS at a state level.

 

State: State code to which this restriction should be applied.

Scope: Scope to which this restriction should be applied. Can be one of System, Business Class, Client Group or Client.

Entity: Entity for the selected scope to which this restriction should be applied.

Maximum Attempts within time window: Maximum number of attempts via call, email or SMS that can be made to a debtor on an account within the time frame specified in the setting “Time Window for Attempts (days)”.

Time Window for Attempts (days): Duration (in days) within which the system counts the maximum allowed attempts to a debtor via call, email or SMS.

Maximum Conversations within time window: Maximum number of conversations via call, email or SMS with a debtor on an account within the time frame specified in the setting “Time Window for Conversation (days)”.

Time Window for Conversations (days): Duration (in days) within which the system counts the maximum allowed conversations with a debtor via call, email or SMS.

Restriction Period after Conversation (days): After a contact is made, this setting defines the waiting period (in days) before another call, email or SMS attempt can be made to a debtor.

Combine Channels for Attempts: Use this to select the communication channel combination that should be used when determining the maximum call/email/SMS attempts allowed to a debtor within a specified time frame.

Combine Channels for Conversations: Use this to select the communication channel combination that should be used when determining the maximum call/email/SMS conversations allowed with a debtor within a specified time frame.
