Healthcare Workform

You can use the Healthcare tool to create and edit carrier details. You must have enabled to access Healthcare.

To open the Healthcare Workform page

On the Welcome page, click Healthcare. Then click Open on any queue.

Carrier Information: It shows detailed information of the Carrier.

Claim: It shows list of all claims with the respective Account.

Account Information: It gives list of Accounts associated with the carrier.

Claim Details: It gives details of claims.
