Suspend a Pending Letter Request
Use the Pending Letters panel to place a hold on a pending letter request for the account. You cannot send a letter or delete a letter request while it is on hold. To place a letter request on hold, you must have the OnHold Request permission.
To suspend a pending letter request

In the Task Panel navigation tree, click Letters and then click Pending Letters.

In the data grid, click the letter and then click Hold. The status of the letter request changes to "Held."
