Interactions and Events
Use the Interactions panel to view interactions with the account displayed in the Work Form (for example, the system or a user added a note). An interaction is a group of events that occur while an account is open in the Work Form. Use the Events panel to view the actions that occurred on an account (for example, a user changed the account status). You can use this information for auditing purposes.
