Reopen a Complaint

Use the Complaints panel to reopen a closed complaint for the account displayed in the Work Form.

To reopen a complaint

1. In the Task Panel navigation tree, click Complaints.

2. In the data grid, click the closed complaint to reopen and then click ReOpen.
