Agent Types

Interaction Scripter .NET Client supports two types of call center agents—Regular Agents and Finishing Agents.

Note: Base scripts do not support Finishing Agents, because base scripts do not provide any mechanism to transfer a call to a finishing agent. Custom campaign scripts can support finishing agents, by calling the Scripter action named IS_Action_MarkCallForFinishing() to transfer the call.  See the Interaction Scripter Developer's Guide for details.
