Add an Operation

Operations are actions that Interaction Attendant performs within a menu, usually in response to a user key press.  To add an operation, follow these steps:

  1. Select a Schedule, menu, or multi-action node in the tree.

  2. Do one of the following:

  • Pull down the Insert menu and select New Operation.

  • Press the right mouse button and choose Insert > New Operation from the context menu.

  • Press a button on the Operations toolbar.
