Interaction Attendant Help
Audio File Details Dialog
The Audio File Details dialog displays the language, playback duration, and encoding format of wave audio files for a prompt. This dialog appears when the Details button is pressed from a set of embedded audio controls.
Prompt Format
Customers who use Interaction Attendant may choose to have their prompts recorded by a third party and need to know our native prompt format, which is: CCITT u-law, 8kHz, 8 bit, Mono for best results.
The Audio File Details dialog.
File Name
The name of the prompt file that selected by the user.
Language
This column lists languages that the prompt was (or could be) recorded in.
Length
The duration of the prompt in seconds.
Format
The encoding format of the wave audio file.
OK button
Closes the Audio File Details dialog.
