Call Operations

Attendant provides many call operations, so we have categorized them into related groups:

  • Standard operations perform ordinary IVR actions, such as dialing by name, dialing an extension, or transferring the call.

  • Database operations query a database and can play back a field to the caller using text-to-speech.  These nodes can also insert a new row, or update a database field.

  • Queue operations interact with callers who are waiting in queues, by playing messages, presenting menus, or allowing the caller to request a callback.
