Interaction History

Requirements: Only agents with the appropriate licenses and security rights can create and manage Interaction Tracker information from inside the CIC client. For more information, see Tracker Licensing.

You can view a list of the most recent interactions with a Tracker contact, organization, or location in the Interactions tab of the Properties for Contact, Properties for Organization or Properties for Location dialog boxes.
