Add a team

After you add agents to a teams, you can use it in filters for other views. 

  1. From the Interaction Optimizer Home page, in the Configuration area click Agent Details. The Agent Details tab opens.

  2. Click the Manage Teams button. The Manage Teams dialog box opens.

  3. Click the add button.

  4. In the Name field, add a descriptive name for the team and in the Description field, optionally add details about the team.

  5. Click OK to return to the Agent Details tab.

  6. Next, add agents to a team.
