Hourly Call Summary by Extension Report

Report View Toolbar

When viewing a Crystal Report in the Workspace, several options are available from the Report View Toolbar. To learn more about these options, on the graphic below pause the mouse pointer over a button to display its function, and click to display more information.

 

 

  

Exporting a Crystal Report

You can Export a report to a Formatted or Unformatted file type. To export a report, on the main toolbar, click the Export button . On the drop-down menu, point to Formatted or Unformatted. Available Formatted file types are: Excel, HTML, PDF, Text, or Crystal RPT. The available Unformatted file type is CSV.

 

This report lists the number of calls and chats (incoming only) processed by each extension during each hour of a specific time period.

Analyzes call and chat volume for given time period. Each hour is broken out with numbers of calls or chats processed by each extension during each hour.

Parameters

You specify the range of dates, times, site IDs, shift times, and phone extensions as parameters.

Hour

Hour

The hours of the day included in the range are listed across the top.

Total

Sum ConnectedDate

The total number of calls for each extension are listed in the right-most column, and the total number of calls placed or received in each hour are listed in the last row of the report.

Record Selection Criteria:

{CallDetail.LocalNumber} in {?StartEXT} to {?EndEXT} and

{CallDetail.ConnectedDate} in {?StartDateTime} to {?EndDateTime} and

{@ConnectedTime} in {?StartShiftTime} to {?EndShiftTime} and

{CallDetail.SiteId} in {?StartSiteId} to {?EndSiteID}
