Upgrade CX Insights MicroStrategy Container To V2021

CX Insights now offers MicroStrategy version 2021.

CX Insights has been enhanced to use the new features coming as part of MicroStrategy version 2021. Existing CX Insights customers who are not ready to upgrade the entire CIC solution, can still deploy the latest CX Insights containers to use the latest MicroStrategy version. If you want to derive the advantage of both MicroStrategy and CIC enhancements, you must upgrade CIC and deploy the latest CX Insights container.
