Add one or more SMTP transport entries to use
Click Add to add one or more SMTP transport entries in the SMTP Transport dialog. Your input will be reflected in the worksheet.
Once you have added SMTP transport entries, you can highlight an entry to Edit or Delete it.
Additional configuration in Interaction Administrator
The SMTP Configuration dialog in the Interaction Administrator Mail container contains the following additional setting not available in Setup Assistant.
-
Use Secure Connections (TLS). If you are using SSL/TLS for the SMTP provider to provide security between the CIC Server and the SMTP server, we recommend that you install and configure the CIC Server first without configuring for SSL/TLS. Once you have determined that the CIC System is functioning properly, configure CIC for SSL/TLS.
For more information, see Interaction Administrator help.
