Enter the Local Area Codes

This dialog appears if you selected to have IC Setup Assistant create a dial plan in the Select the Dial Plan dialog.

Specify your local area codes (containing local exchanges). In other words, the area codes that are not considered long distance from the customer site.

New Area Code

Type an area code that contains local exchanges, and click Add. The area code is added to the list of local Area Code List.

Repeat for additional local area codes.

Area Code List

Lists the local area codes you added. To remove an area code from the list, highlight the area code and click Delete.

IC Survey Location: This information may be included in the IC Survey file. If so, the selection/value will appear in this dialog. You can review the contents of the IC Survey file by selecting View Survey in the Load IC Survey File dialog or opening it in a Pre-Install survey in the IC Survey system.
