Troubleshoot Interaction Dialer in PureConnect for Salesforce

Call drops off the queue

If an Interaction Dialer server switchover occurs while on a campaign call, the call drops off of the queue and you are logged out of Interaction Dialer. However, the audio remains connected. The call log is saved to its final state before the switchover.

Cannot conference Interaction Dialer calls

You cannot conference Interaction Dialer calls. This action is prevented to ensure that a disposition is captured for each Interaction Dialer call
