Hardware and Software prerequisites

The hardware and software prerequisites for Interaction Report Assistant are the same as for all CIC Workstation Applications. See the PureConnect Installation and Configuration Guide for details.

Note:

Microsoft .NET Framework is required on all workstations running ICBusiness Manager. The .NET Framework requirements are stated in the Client/Admin Workstation section of the CIC Software Requirements page at:

Viewing an exported report, generated by Interaction Report Assistant, requires Microsoft® Excel® or Adobe Acrobat Reader®.
