WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) Approval

The WABA is ready for WhatsApp's approval after Customer Approval Requirements process. For approval do the following:

1. In the Facebook Business Manager page, click Settings tab.
2. Check for the Business Name status
3. Check for the Business Verification status.
4. Check for the Account Status.

Note: In the policy approval process, WhatsApp checks whether the customer's business complies with WhatsApp commerce policy.

After WhatsApp approves the WABA, Genesys can create the first channel in the WABA.
