Installation and Configuration for Windows and IIS

The installation and configuration instructions are for IIS 8.5. There are many possible combinations of operating system and web server software. If you need assistance for other platforms, contact Customer Care.

Complete the following tasks to install and configure Interaction Web Tools for Windows and IIS:

1. On the web server, install Application Request Routing from http://www.iis.net/downloads/microsoft/application-request-routing.

2. Unzip Interaction Web Tools files

3. Run Interaction Web Tools Configuration Utility

4. Use Relative URLs

5. Configure IIS
