Shortcut Menu for Controls
When you right-click a control, IPA Designer displays the control's shortcut menu (see figure).
-
Edit Properties: This displays the same properties palette that you could get by clicking the down arrow button at the right end of the control. See also: Shortcut Menu to Edit Control Properties.
-
Edit Text: For controls (such as buttons) that display text to the user, this lets you edit the text.
-
Cut: This copies the control to the Windows Clipboard and deletes it from its current location.
-
Copy: This copies the control to the Windows Clipboard without deleting it from its current location.
-
Paste: This pastes IPA Designer contents of the Windows Clipboard onto the current location.
-
Delete: This deletes the control.
-
Z-Order: If you have multiple controls selected, this lets you change their front-to-back order, such as changing which control appears to be "on top" of the others.
