Calibration Question Group Details Report
The Calibration Question Group Details Report aggregates scores across all the scorecards for a question group and identifies anomalies in the responses.
The detailed information in the report includes:

Report Parameters
The following table describes the report parameters available for the Calibration Question Group Details Filter.

Parameter |
Description |

Recording Date/Time |
Configure this parameter to select a Recording Date and Time range for the report filter. In the Recording Date/Time drop-down list, select a value. Available date type values are: Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, This Quarter, Last Quarter, This Year, Last Year, and Custom. If you select Custom, the Date and Time range boxes are available. |

Questionnaire Name |
Configure this parameter to specify a Questionnaire Name for the report filter. In the Directory field, select a questionnaire directory from the drop-down list. In the Questionnaire name field, select <All> questionnaires, or from the drop-down list select a questionnaire name. To add an additional Questionnaire Name parameter, click Add Parameter. |

Calibration Only |
Configure this parameter to only select questionnaires used for calibration. In the drop-down list, select Yes to only select questionnaires used for calibration. Select No to select questionnaires not used for calibration. |

Display Graph for Numeric Results |
Configure this parameter to display numeric report results in a graph. In the drop-down list, select Yes to display numeric report results in a graph. Select No to display numeric report results. |

Display results as Percents |
Configure this parameter to display numeric report results as percents. In the drop-down list, select Yes to display numeric report results as percents. Select No to display numeric report results as counts. |

Display Scoring Users |
Configure this parameter to display the name of the scoring user in the report. In the drop-down list, select Yes to display the scoring user's name. Select No to hide the scoring user's name. |

Highlight High Percents |
Configure this parameter to highlight percents above the configured value in green. In the operator field, select an operator from the drop-down list. Available operators are: Equals, Greater than, Greater than or equal to, Is not null, Is null, Less than, Less than or equal to, or Not Equal to. In the next field, specify the numerical value for highlighting percents greater than the entered value, or use the up and down arrows to adjust the value. |

Highlight Low Percents |
Configure this parameter to highlight percents below the configured value in red. In the operator field, select an operator from the drop-down list. Available operators are: Equals, Greater than, Greater than or equal to, Is not null, Is null, Less than, Less than or equal to, or Not Equal to. In the next field, specify the numerical value for highlighting percents lower than the entered value, or use the up and down arrows to adjust the value. |

Interaction ID Key |
Configure this parameter to select the Interaction ID Key for the report filter. In the operator field, select an operator from the drop-down list. Available operators are: Contains, Does not contain, Ends with, Equals, Is not null, Is null, Not Equal to, or Starts with. In the next field, enter the Interaction ID Key. To add an additional Interaction ID Key parameter, click Add Parameter. |

Media Type |
Configure this parameter to specify a Media Type for the report filter. In the operator field, select an operator from the drop-down list. Available operators are: Equals or Not Equal to. In the Media Type field, select a Media Type from the drop-down list. Available types are: Generic, Call, Chat, Email, Fax, Screen, Social Conversation, Social Direct Message, or All. To add an additional Media Type parameter, click Add Parameter. |

Recording ID |
Configure this parameter to select the Recording ID for the report filter. In the operator field, select an operator from the drop-down list. Available operators are: Contains, Does not contain, Ends with, Equals, Is not null, Is null, Not Equal to, or Starts with. In the next field, enter the Recording ID. |

Scored User |
Configure this parameter to specify a Scored IC User ID for the report filter. In the operator field, select an operator from the drop-down list. Available operators are Equals or Not Equal to. To create a user list, click Select
Users, the Select Users dialog is displayed. Use the Search box to search for users
by: Site, User ID, Last name, First name, or Workgroup. Click
Search to begin the search.
The results are displayed in the Results
list box. Select the users to add to the user list and click the
Add to Selected Users
down-arrow button To add an additional Scored User parameter, click Add Parameter. |

Scoring User |
Configure this parameter to specify a Scoring IC User ID for the report filter. In the operator field, select an operator from the drop-down list. Available operators are Equals or Not Equal to. To create a user list, click Select
Users, the Select Users dialog is displayed. Use the Search box to search for users
by: Site, User ID, Last name, First name, or Workgroup. Click
Search to begin the search.
The results are displayed in the Results
list box. Select the users to add to the user list and click the
Add to Selected Users

Workgroup Queue |
Configure this parameter to specify a Workgroup Queue for the report filter. In the operator field, select an operator from the drop-down list. Available operators are: Contains, Does not contain, Ends with, Equals, Is not null, Is null, Not Equal to, or Starts with. In the next field, specify a Workgroup Queue for this parameter. To add an additional Workgroup Queue parameter, click Add Parameter. |
