End of Life for Interaction Client .NET Edition

To complete the transition to Interaction Desktop as the primary CIC client in CIC 2015 R3 and later, Interaction Client .NET Edition is removed when you apply CIC 2016 R1 to existing installations and is no longer installed with new CIC 2016 R1 and later installations. If you have not yet transitioned from Interaction Client .NET Edition to Interaction Desktop, the CIC 2016 R1 or later update still allows you to migrate settings and perform phased upgrades.
