End of Life Schedule for Interaction Administrator Web Edition

Interaction Administrator Web Edition is built on the Microsoft Silverlight browser plugin and APIs, for which Microsoft has announced End of Support by October 12, 2021. The Interaction Administrator Web Edition installation program is being removed from the product downloads in the PureConnect 2021 R1 release in February 2021 and is no longer supported from that release forward. Anyone using Interaction Administrator Web Edition must use the Interaction Administrator desktop application instead.
